Jesse Lee Gonzales

MCALLEN- Jesse Lee Gonzales, 37, entered eternal rest on Friday, June 30, 2023 in Edinburg. Mr. Gonzales was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Cipriano Gonzales Jr,;maternal grandmother, Elida Rios; niece, Cynthea Gonzales.

Jesse was born in Holland, Michigan and moved to Texas to be with his family in Kyle & Lockhart area in 2016. Jesse moved to McAllen, Texas where he lived with his partner. Jesse was full of love, life, helped everyone and anyone. He would light up a room with his smile and personality. He loved his son dearly, his family and friends and let’s not forget his love for the Chicago Bears. He loved tattooing, fixing cars and motorcycles. He loved to make knives and weld. Jesse will be greatly missed by all his family and friends.

Mr. Gonzales is survived by his son, Benito A. Gonzales; parents,Floraestela Rios Enriquez and Cipriano Gonzales III; three brothers, Cipriano Gonzales IV, James A. Gonzales and Ricardo M. Gonzales; partner, Yesenia Rivera; paternal grandmother; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with 6 p.m. prayer service on Sunday, July 9, 2023, at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg. Cremation will take place at a later date.

Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
