Homero Escobar

RIO GRANDE CITY - Homero Escobar, 69, entered eternal rest on Saturday January 18, 2025, in McAllen. Mr. Escobar was preceded in death by his parents, Manuel and Ninfa Escobar. 

Mr. Escobar is survived by his brothers, Heron (Brad Hood) Escobar, and Roberto Escobar; his nephews, Bobby Escobar and Jorge Bazan Jr.; his niece, Victoria Escobar. 

Visitation will begin at 4 p.m. with a 4:30 p.m. Celebration of Life service Saturday January 25, 2025, at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to The Comfort House in McAllen. 

Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
