Hilda Hernandez

McAllen - Hilda Hernandez, 84, entered eternal rest on Wednesday, August 28, 2024, in McAllen surrounded by her loving family. Mrs. Hernandez was preceded in death by her parents, Agustin Perez and Guadalupe Perez Moreno; husband Juan Hernandez and son Joseph Edward Hernandez.

Mrs. Hernandez is survived by her six children, Maria De Lourdes (Ricardo) Moreno, Imelda Hernandez, J. Carlos (Lily) Hernandez, Hector (Dolores) Hernandez, Rosie (Todd) Denny, and Frank Hernandez; twenty seven grandchildren, thirty six great grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, family, and friends.

Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with 7 p.m. rosary, Monday, September 2nd, 2024, at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg. Chapel service will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, September 3rd, 2024, at Legacy Chapels in Edinburg. Interment will follow at Roselawn Cemetery and Mausoleum in McAllen.

Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
