GUADALUPE C. CAZARES EDINBURG - Guadalupe C. Cazares, 75, entered eternal rest Saturday, May 1, 2021, in Edinburg surrounded by her family. Mrs. Cazares was preceded in death by her parents, Francisco and Francisca Cruz; three brothers, Felix, Raul, and Pedro Cruz; her brother-in-law, Jorge Pesqueda. Mrs. Cazares is survived by her husband, Pedro R. Cazares; three children, Pedro Cazares Jr., Leticia (Gerardo Garcia) Villarreal, and Cynthia Cazares; two grandsons, Casey (Melissa) Cazares, and Gerardo Garcia Jr.; her great-granddaughter, Kathryn Cazares; her siblings, Francisco (Rosa) Cruz, and Juanita Cruz; numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. prayer service, Tuesday, May 4, 2021, at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg. Chapel service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, May 5, 2021, at Legacy Chapels in Edinburg. Interment will follow at Palm Valley Memorial Gardens in Pharr. Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
