Francisco Escobedo

MCALLEN - Francisco Escobedo, 69, entered eternal rest on Monday, August 12, 2024. Mr. Escobedo was preceded in death by his parents, Concepcion and Sarita Ana Escobedo. 

Mr. Escobedo is survived by his wife Arminda Escobedo; three children, Belinda (Juan) Escobedo, Francisco J. Escobedo, and Melinda (Luis) Botello; five grandchildren, Luis Botello Jr., Izabella Garza, Adrian Botello, Daniel Botello, and Ana Gonzalez; seven siblings, Elia Escobedo, Carlos Escobedo, Ramon Escobedo, Miguel Escobedo, Maricela Escobedo, Gerardo Escobedo, and Jesus Escobedo; numerous nieces and nephews. 

Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. prayer service, Sunday, August 18, 2024, at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg. Chapel service will be at 1 p.m. Monday, August 19, 2024, at Legacy Chapels in Edinburg. Interment will follow at Valley Memorial Gardens in Mission.

Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
