Francisco M. "Frank" Castillo Edinburg - Francisco M. "Frank" Castillo, 82, went to be with our Lord, Sunday, December 13, 2015, in Edinburg surrounded by his family. Born in Orange Grove, Texas he had lived in Edinburg most of his life. Mr. Castillo was a retired Bus Driver, with over 23 years of faithful service to the Edinburg Consolidated Independent School District. He enjoyed the outdoors and spending time with family and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, Juan and Alejandra Castillo; a brother, Blas Castillo; a sister, Elva Castillo Cadena. Mr. Castillo is survived by his wife, Melida Ochoa; five children, Corine Bernistine, Frank Castillo Jr., Ruben (Nerieda) Castillo; Xavier Castillo and Jaime Castillo; 14 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; five brothers: Juan, Silvestre, Jose, Jose Angel and Ramon Castillo; a sister Isabel Gonzalez. Visitation will be from 5pm to 9pm with a 7pm rosary, Wednesday, December 16, 2015, at Legacy Chapels, 4610 S. Jackson Rd in Edinburg. Funeral mass will be celebrated at 2pm Thursday, December 17, 2015, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Edinburg. Entombment will follow at Palm Valley Memorial Gardens in Pharr. Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
