FIDENCIO S. HERRERA

MCALLEN- Fidencio S. Herrera, 75, entered eternal rest on Wednesday December 7, 2022 in McAllen. Mr . Herrera was preceded in death by his parents, Faustino Herrera and Andrea Salas; three brothers, John "Johnny" Herrera, Pablo "Prieto" Herrera and Lauro "Larry" Herrera; four sisters, Maria Isabel "Chavela" Herrera, Amelia Alcazar, Raquel Muñoz and Guadalupe "Lupe" Mata.

Mr. Herrera is survived by his two children, Jason (Rubi) Herrera and Melissa Ann Herrera; brother, Frank "Chico" Herrera; two sisters, Elva Zuniga and Herminia "Minnie" Herrera; numerous nieces , nephews, cousins and family.

Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. rosary, Tuesday, December 13, 2022 at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg. Funeral mass will be at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, December 14, 2022 at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church in McAllen. Interment will follow at Valley Memorial Gardens in McAllen.

Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
