Eva P. Salinas

MISSION- Eva P. Salinas 94, entered eternal rest on Wednesday, November 9, 2022 in Mission surrounded by her family. Mrs. Salinas was preceded in death by her husband, Heriberto Salinas; parents, Enrique Pena and Bonifacia Arenas; four siblings, Maria Luisa Kerwin, Enrique Pena Jr., Consuelo Lopez and Francisco Pena.

Mrs. Salinas is survived by her four children, Bonifacia (Roel) Rojas, Cristoval (Norma) Salinas, Gracie Salinas and Samuel (Maggie Hernandez) Salinas; 11 grandchildren, Cristoval, Bonifacia, Maria, Clarissa, Samuel, Jocelyn, Daniela, Estrella, Roel, Kenny and Eva; 14 great-grandchildren; sister, Gloria Rangel; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. rosary, Thursday, November 17, 2022, at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg. Funeral mass will be at 10 a.m. on Friday, November 18, 2022 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in McAllen. Interment will follow at La Piedad Cemetery in McAllen.

Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
