ERNESTO GUERRA JR. MCALLEN - It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved brother, whose Guardian Angel has returned him to his Almighty Father. Ernesto Guerra Jr. was called to the Lord on Thursday, September 2, 2021. He was born on February 3, 1959 in McAllen, Texas. Mr. Guerra was preceded in death by his parents, Ernesto Guerra Sr., and Consuelo Guerra; his brother, Erasmo and Elias Guerra; a sister, Elia Guerra. Mr. Guerra is survived by his seven siblings, Esequiel (Janie) Guerra, Noe Guerra, Elma Guerra, Efrain Guerra Sr., Eustolia (Albert) Peña, Enedelia (Roy) Olivarez, and Hernan Guerra; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. Visitation will begin at 4 p.m. with a 5 p.m. Celebration of Life service, Friday, September 10, 2021, at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg. Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
