Erasmo Guerra

ERASMO "MOE" GUERRA EDINBURG - Erasmo "Moe" Guerra, 73, went to be with our Lord, Saturday, September 3, 2016, in Edinburg surrounded by his family and friends. Born in Mission he had lived in Edinburg for the past 11 years. Mr. Guerra was a US Army Veteran and a member of Church of Christ in Pharr. Erasmo was retired from Southwest Bell Company with over 28 years of service. Mr. Guerra is preceded in death by a daughter, Diana Michelle Guerra; his parents, Buena Ventura and Ana Guerra; two brothers, Victor and Ventura Guerra. Mr. Guerra is survived by his wife, Maria Guadalupe Guerra; two sons, Erasmo Guerra Jr. and Marco A. Guerra; a sister, Lucy (Amador) Perez; a brother, Gilberto (Ofelia) Guerra; numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. prayer service, Wednesday, September 7, 2016, at Legacy Chapels 4610 S. Jackson Rd. in Edinburg. Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, September 8, 2016, at Church of Christ in Pharr. Interment will follow at Valley Memorial Gardens in McAllen. Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
