EMMA AURORA GAONA SAN JUAN - Emma Aurora Gaona, 1, went to be with our Lord, Saturday, June 17, 2017, in Houston surrounded by her family. Emma was preceded in death by her grandfather, Manuel Gaona. Emma was a beautiful baby girl that touched many people in such a short time, she enjoyed watching Minnie Mouse. She was a joy to be with and everyone whom came into contact with her developed a special bond. Emma will be dearly missed and never forgotten. She will be laid to rest next to her grandfather, Manuel. Emma is survived by her parents, Emanuel and Sylvia Gaona; two brothers, Joel Eduardo Garcia and Jose Astorga; two sisters, Elsie and Eily Gaona; paternal grandmother, Yolanda Gaona; maternal grandparents, Teodoro and Maria Hernandez; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins. Visitation will be from 12 noon till 9 p.m. Thursday, June 22, 2017, at Legacy Chapels 4610 S. Jackson Rd in Edinburg. Chapel service will be at 10 a.m. Friday, June 23, 2017, at Legacy Chapels. Interment will be at San Juan Cemetery. Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
