Elias Saldivar

McAllen, Texas Elias Saldivar, 40, entered eternal rest Friday, May 28, 2021 at the McAllen Medical Center. Elias was born April 09, 1981 in Hidalgo, Texas to Guadalupe and Amelia(Ayala) Saldivar. Elias was a resident of McAllen, Texas for the past several years. He was formally from Hidalgo, Texas. He was a graduate of Hidalgo High School class of 1998. Elias was an EMT, an instructor for CPR Classes, a firefighter for the City of Hidalgo and recently the City of Alton. Elias lived life to its fullest. He loved and enjoyed family gatherings, fishing, and going on Vacations. Elias will be dearly missed by his beloved family and will forever live in our hearts. Elias was preceded in death by his father. Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife; Liliana Mena Saldivar; His children- Viviana Amelia Saldivar, Victoria Saldivar, Elias Eliseo Saldivar; His mother Amelia Ayala; His Brother Eduardo Ayala; His Sister- Reyna Gonzalez; and Extended family and friends. A gathering of family and friends will be Tuesday, June 8, 2021 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM with a 7:00 PM Celebration of Life Service to be officiated by Pastor Santos Acosta at Legacy Chapels, 4610 South Jackson Rd in Edinburg. Funeral service will be Wednesday, June 09, 2021 at 10:00 AM at Legacy Chapels followed by interment at Valley Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Mission,Texas. Funeral arrangements are being handled by Legacy Chapels of Edinburg.
