Carlos Colon

Carlos F. Colon, 51, went to be with the Lord Wednesday, November 16, 2016, at his residence in Edinburg. He is preceded in death by his mother, Angelita Colon; a sister, Carmen Vasquez; and a brother, Cristobal Colon. Carlos is survived by his loving wife, Linda Colon and their beloved Shihtzu, Zoey; two sons, Juan Carlos (Stephanie) Colon and Justin Colon; two step-daughters, Joy (Jeremy) Bridgeman and Charity (Jeff) Goodwin; eight grandchildren, Destiny, Sydney, Ava, and Juan Carlos Colon, Jr., Daniel and Diego Bridgeman, JR and Alysha Rosales; his father, Juan Colon; and eight siblings, Gustavo (Guadalupe) Vasquez, Carolina Salinas, Juan (Pam) Colon, Max (Linda) Colon, Marky (Eloy) Ruiz, Edubina Diaz, Brunilda Colon and Ismael Colon. Family will receive friends and family for a memorial service at 1 p.m. on Saturday, November 19, 2016, at Living by Faith Church , 7601 N. Ware Rd., in McAllen. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
