Austin is survived by his parents, Amy Rios and Manuel (Marie) Rios; ten siblings, Cynthia Hernandez, Joseph Anaya, Amanda Garcia, Robert (Victoria) Rios Jr., TJ (Megan) Rios, Devon (Eliza) McDonald, Taylor (Brandon)McDonald, Savannah Rios, Andrew Deleon, and Elias Rios; maternal grandmother, Aniceta (Miguel Herrera) Hernandez; paternal grandparents, Gloria Cheek, and Manuel (Rosario) Rios; numeorus aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.  

Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. prayer service, Monday, June 5, 2023, at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg. Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, June 6, 2023, at Legacy Chapels in Edinburg. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park in Edinburg.

Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
