Arnulfo Uribe

ARNULFO G. URIBE MISSION - Arnulfo G. Uribe, 70, went to be with our Lord, Wednesday, September 28, 2016, in Mission surrounded by his family. Born in Hidalgo and formerly of Siloam Springs, Arkansas, he had lived in Mission for the past 30 years. Mr. Uribe is preceded in death by a son, Joel Uribe; his parents, Prudencio and Maria Anita Uribe; three sisters, Aurora Sanchez, Lydia Meave and Gloria Chavez. Mr. Uribe is survived by his wife, Maria I. Uribe; eight children, Irene (Jose Luis) Pina, Cynthia U. (Rudy) Martinez, Amy Uribe, Irma Linda (Alfredo) Carrillo, Jessica Vanessa (Roberto) Zuniga, Maria Anita (Juan Ivan Rodriguez) Uribe, Prudencio Abram (Claudia) Uribe and Leticia (Mickey Villalon) Pena; 22 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; a brother, Tino Uribe; two sisters, Eva Garza and Elva Salinas; numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. prayer service, Thursday, September 29, 2016, at Legacy Chapels 4610 S. Jackson Rd in Edinburg. Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Friday, September 30, 2016, at Legacy Chapels. Interment will follow at Hidalgo City Cemetery. Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
