APOLINAR LUNA

EDINBURG - Apolinar Luna, 70, went to his eternal home with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Friday, June 9, 2023, in Edinburg. Apolinar fought the good fight, he finished the race, he kept the faith (II Timothy 4:7). Mr. Luna was preceded in death by his parents, Manuela and Nieves Luna; his sister, Bertha Luna.

Mr. Luna is survived by his wife of 50 years, Maria Dolores Luna; three children, Apolinar Luna Jr., Dalinda Fuentes, and Bernardo Alberto Luna; nine grandchildren, Darrel Dee Fuentes, Caleb Ryan Luna, Neri Dee Fuentes, Austin Luna, Brianna Luna, Mia Eulaly Luna, Madelyn Luna, Grace Luna and Elizabeth Luna; six siblings, Jesus, Irma, Blanca, Irene, Juan and Dora Luna Monsivais; numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. with a 6 p.m. rosary, Thursday, June 15, 2023, at Leacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg.

Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
