MCALLEN- Amelia De Leon Martinez, 56, entered eternal rest on Monday, May 29, 2023 in McAllen. Mrs. Martinez was preceded in death by her mother, Carmelita De Leon; sister, Maria Del Carmen De Leon; brother, Gerardo De Leon.

Mrs. Martinez is survived by her two children, Jessica Garcia and Alfonso Martinez III; grandson, Kevin Lee Cuellar Jr.;  father, Eduardo De Leon; two brothers, Arturo De Leon and Javier De Leon; niece, Julie Ann Ramirez; numerous family and friends.

Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. Celebration of Life, Wednesday, May 31, 2023 at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg.

Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
