Amando Barao

PHARR - Amando Barao, 86, entered eternal rest on Wednesday, October 16, 2024, in Pharr. Mr Barao was preceded in death by his wife, Teresita Bermudez Barao; his parents, Jupiter and Consuelo Barao; four siblings, Robert Barao, Elpidio Barao, Benny Tatiague, and Dorathy Mansapit. 

Mr. Barao is survived by his son, Allan Barao; 5 grandchildren; four siblings, Gilda Barao Butners, Ghowytte  Barao Munar, Rosita Reyes, Anthony Tatiague, and Carmen Tenorio; numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. with a 4:30 p.m. rosary, Friday, October 25, 2024, at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg. Funeral mass will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, October 26, 2024, at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church in Pharr. Entombent will follow at Roselawn Cemetery in McAllen. 

Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
