Alberto Borrego

EDINBURG- Alberto Borrego, 49, went to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, on Saturday, September 30, 2023, in McAllen. Mr. Borrego was preceded in death by his mother, Maria De La Luz Borrego and his brother, Gerado Borrego.

Mr. Borrego is surived by his father, Ernesto Borrego Sr.; three brothers, Ernesto (Maria) Borrego Sr., Eduardo (Rosie) Borrego, and Efrain (Christina) Borrego; nine nieces and nephews, Ernie III, John, Norma, Jerry, Eddie Jr., Erica, Efrain Jr., Crystal, and Cristin; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.

Visitation will be from 4 p.m to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. prayer service, Thursday, October 5, 2023, at Legacy Chapels 4610 Soth Jackson Road in Edinburg. Chapel service will be at 10 a.m. Friday, October 6, 2023, at Legacy Chapels in Edinburg. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park in Edinburg.

Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
