ADAM RAY FONSECA
MCALLEN - Adam Ray Fonseca, 13, went to his eternal home with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Thursday, July 21, 2022, in McAllen surrounded by his family. Adam fought the good fight, he finished the race, he kept the faith (II Timothy 4:7). He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Ramon Silva Jr.
A few words won't justify his magnificence; we need a novel to depict how brilliant he was. His alluring smile and charm won the hearts of all that were blessed to have met him. At such a young age, his positivity, courage, and bravery were inspirational. Adam's athleticism, competitive nature, and strength were talents he exhibited while participating in his favorite activities like baseball, football, track, gaming, Boy Scouts, cooking, and music. Adam's faith was his foundation and always kept it growing by attending CCD and mass on a weekly basis.
May your radiance shine upon us all here on Earth until we see your beautiful face again, sweet Adam. In lieu of flowers contributions can be sent to Meal Train.
Adam is survived by his parents, Ruben and Lori Fonseca; his sister, Daniella R. Fonseca; paternal grandparents, Ruben Pablo and Rosemary Fonseca; maternal grandmother, Carolina C. Silva; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
