VENESSA YVETTE MALDONADO

EDINBURG - Venessa Yvette Maldonado, 31, went to be with our Lord Sunday, October 20, 2019, in Edinburg.Venessa is preceded in death by her father, Cristobal Maldonado Sr.

Venessa had endless love for her nieces and nephew. She made sure she could spoil and give them everything they want and needed. Venessa loved her Dallas Cowboys and San Antonio Spurs. She belived she was Superman and in many ways she was. The word "No" was never in her vocabulary. Venessa was always one call away, one message away, always ready to be there for anyone who needed a helping hand. She was always smiling. Her smile lit up the room and her smirk made you laugh along with her. Venessa had a big heart full of love for her entire family and will be forever loved and missed.

Ms. Maldonado is survived by her mother, Maria C. Ochoa; two brothers, Jacoby (Noelia) Maldonado, and Cristobal (Casssandra) Maldonado Jr.; two nieces, Allison B. Maldonado and Belicia A. Maldonado; her nephew, Cristobal Maldonado III; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. rosary, Wednesday, October 23, 2019 at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg. Funeral mass will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, October 24, 2019 at St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church in San Carlos. Interment will follow at Val Verde Memorial Gardens in Donna.
