RICARDO RUIZ MISSION - Ricardo Ruiz, 85, went to be with our Lord, Saturday, July 23, 2016, in Edinburg surrounded by his family. Born in Cerralvo, N.L., Mexico he had lived in Mission most of his life. Mr Ruiz is preceded in death by his parents, Hipolito and Rebeca Ruiz; a sister, Yolanda Corrales. Mr. Ruiz is survived by his wife, Maria Elena Ruiz; four children, Ricardo (Alma) Ruiz, Juan Alberto (Karla) Ruiz, Jorge Humberto (Ivonne) Ruiz and Maria Elena (Valdemar) Martinez; 17 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Maurilio and Efrain Ruiz; one sisters, Armandina Ruiz. Visitation will be from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. with a 6 p.m. rosary, Tuesday, July 26, 2016, at Legacy Chapels 4610 S. Jackson Rd in Edinburg. Cremation will follow at a later date. Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
