Rev. Santos C. Acosta

REV. SANTOS C. ACOSTA PHARR - Rev. Santos C. Acosta, 75, went to his eternal home with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on Tuesday, December 28, 2021, in McAllen. Rev. Acosta was preceded in death by his grandson, Gabriel A. Acosta; his parents, Pablo and Bernarda Acosta; five siblings, Guadalupe Acosta, Florentino Acosta, Pedro Acosta, Mercedes Acosta, and Rafael Acosta. Santos is survived by his wife, Juana T. Acosta; two sons, Santos Roberto (Angie) Acosta; Bernardo (Rachel E.) Acosta; six grandchildren, Skyler M., Shane B., Kellen C., Silas R., Jeremy S., and Sophia I. Acosta; numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. prayer service, Monday, January 3, 2022, at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg. Funeral service will be at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, January 4, 2022, at Centro Cristiano Rey De Reyes 2737 Longhorn Trail in Pharr. Interment will follow at Palm Valley Memorial Gardens in Pharr. Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
