Edinburg, Texas Julio Tijerina, Jr, 74, entered eternal sleep Tuesday, June 08, 2021 at his home in Edinburg. Julio was born January 01, 1947 in Edinburg,Texas to Julio and Herlinda (Young) Tijerina. Julio lived in Edinburg all of his life. He adored all of his nieces and nephews. He enjoyed decorating his home inside and outside. Julio lived life to its fullest. He was preceded in death by his parents; His brother-Jose Cruz Tijerina. Left to cherish his memory are his Siblings; John Joseph Tijerina, Alberta Tijerina, Samuel Tijerina, Arnoldo Tijerina, Joe Tijerina, Zita Tijerina; Numerous of nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Thursday, June 10, 2021 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM with the recital of the Holy Rosary to begin at 7:00 PM at Legacy Chapels,4610 South Jackson Rd in Edinburg. Funeral service will be Saturday, June 12, 2021 at Legacy Chapels at 9:30 AM with interment to follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park Cemetery in Edinburg.
