Juan Jose "JJ" Morales Jr.
MISSION - JJ was born August 15, 1991, to Juan & Elizabeth Morales of Mission, Texas. He lived a very full life serving Jesus, and others, with a sincere servant’s heart. His parents raised him to always put God first, and love well. He shined Jesus with his precious smile. Everyone who knew him felt God’s love as he listened and cared for them. JJ was the one who was always there to listen, help, and fix any technical device. He knew how to make us laugh, and organized the best pranks. Somehow, he always got the best seat at the cinema. And, he had the best taste in sound and music. (Something he proudly admitted!)
JJ graduated from Beta High School in Edinburg. JJ met Michelle at Palm Valley Church. He pursued Michelle, loved her well, and transformed her ideas about life and love. JJ and Michelle served faithfully at Palm Valley Church, together they traveled to Costa Rica, Africa, and Thailand sharing God’s love.
He is survived by his wife Michelle Morales; his parents, Juan and Elizabeth Morales; his brothers, Randy & Eddie; his older sister, Ann; numerous uncles, aunts, cousins, and many friends.
JJ will always be remembered for his complete dedication to God. As well as loving his wife, family, friends, and all of God’s people.
Family will receive friends at 5:30 p.m. with a celebration of life service at 6 p.m. Thursday, February 7, 2019, at Palm Valley Church - North Auditorium, 1720 E. Griffin Pkwy, Mission, TX.
JJ and Michelle request, in lieu of flowers memorial donations, be made to Palm Valley Church Missions Fund.
