Mr. Martinez preceded in death by his wife Yolanda Coss De Martinez; parents Celedonio Martinez and Gertrudis Ramirez. Mr. Martinez is survived by his children Ruben Martinez, Maria I Martinez, Alfredo Martinez, Yolanda Cisneros, Cruz Jr. Martinez, and Dora Luz Alvarez; siblings Adela Muniz, Ramona Ramos, Valentin Martinez, Francisco Martinez, Juan Martinez, Eva Martinez De Vallejo, and Santiaga Martinez De Vallejo. Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Monday, December 21, 2020 , at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg. Chapel Service will be from 11am to 12pm on Tuesday, December 22, 2020, at Legacy Chapels. Followed by the interment at Palm Valley Memorial Gardens in Pharr.
