CARI LEAL VILLARREAL
PHARR- Cari Leal Villarreal was born in Pharr Texas October 23, 1946. It was fate she shared the same birthday with her beloved mother Enriqueta Leal whom she adored. Cari was reunited with her and other family members on September 22, 2021.
Cari passed away peacefully in her sleep surrounded by loved ones. Tough as nails, strong as hell she gave each day her all with beauty and grace. There was never a day she didn't have enough fight to do her nails, hair and make-up in Cari fashion; Nothing short of fabulous.
Cari was flamboyant, witty, charming and extremely comical woman. She didn't know a stranger. She made everyone feel like family and shared wisdom, love, hugs, and kisses always. However, her true passion in life was her family; her children, grandchildren, her brothers and sisters, nieces and nephews. She gave unconditionally with an open heart. Her beauty went far beyond the surface. She truly was larger than life and she lived it on her own terms.
Cari was free spirited wild dynamic in nature and loved spontaneity. She loved playing her slot machines " maquinitas" as well as her trips to Las Vegas. She didn't tolerate boredom.
She will be forever missed and never forgotten as she moves onto her next adventure. She will forever remain young and beautiful, our one of a kind angel in the sky.
Ms. Villarreal is survived by her two children, Kenneth (Diana) Alford and Kimberly ( Dr. Khiem ) Chu; her two grandchildren, Drake and Chelsea Alford; her six siblings, Rosendo Leal, Fred Leal, Tito Leal, Irma Moreno, Kathy Grove and Olga Bazan.
