AURORA URIBE SANCHEZ HIDALGO - Aurora Uribe Sanchez, 80, died Saturday, September 19, 2015, in McAllen surrounded by her family. She was born in Hidalgo on October 17, 1934, to Prudencio and Anita Uribe. Mrs. Sanchez is preceded in death by her husband, Bonifacio Sanchez; a son Exiquio Sanchez; a daughter Imelda Reyes; her parents and two sisters, Gloria Chavez and Lydia Meave. Mrs. Sanchez is survived by her four children, Sylvia (David) Hernandez; Ramiro (Rosie) Sanchez; Roberto (Norma) Sanchez and Antonio Sanchez; daughter in-law, Carmen Sanchez and son in-law Alonzo Reyes Jr.; 12 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Arnulfo and Faustino Uribe; two sisters, Eva Garza and Elva Salinas. Visitation will be from 5pm to 9pm with a 7pm rosary, Monday, September 21, 2015, at Legacy Chapels 4610 S. Jackson Rd. in Edinburg. Funeral mass will be celebrated at 10am Tuesday, September 22, 2015, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Hidalgo. Interment will follow at Hidalgo City Cemetery. Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
