ALTAGRACIA GARZA

SAN JUAN - Altagracia Garza, 81, went to be with our Lord, Saturday, February 24, 2018, in San Juan surrounded by her famliy. Born in Reynosa, Tamps., Mexico, she had lived in San Juan most of her life. Mrs. Garza is preceded in death by her husband, Federico M. Graza; parents, Evaristo and Estefana Villarreal; two grandchildren, Wilfred Alexander, and Isis Garza; two brothers, Pedro and Evaristo Villarreal Jr.; three sisters, Dama, Dominga, and Santos Villarreal.

Mrs.Garza is survived by six children, Arnulfo (Serafina) Garza, Carlos (Isabel) Garza, Jose Maria (Angie) Garza, Wilfred (Michelle) Garza, Iris (Joe Castillo) Garza, and Irma Linda (David Martinez) Garza; 22 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; five sisters, Marcela Villarreal, Gregoria Ysaguirre, Maria Antonia Ramirez, Francisca Moreno, and Julia Villarreal; a brother, Roman Villarreal; numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. rosary, Tuesday, February 27, 2018, at Legacy Chapels 4610 S. Jackson Rd in Edinburg. Funeral mass will be celebrated at 2 p.m. Wednesday, February 28, 2018, at St. John The Baptist Catholic Parish in San Juan. Interment will follow at Palm Valley Memorial Gardens in Pharr.

Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
