Domitila Salinas

Alamo, Texas Mrs. Domitila Salinas, 89, passed away on Saturday Sept. 2, 2017 in McAllen surrounded by her family. Domitila was born on January 28, 1928 in Mexico to Jose M. Deleon and Guadalupe Garza Deleon. She was a long time resident of Alamo. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Abdon Salinas, two grandsons and three siblings. Left to cherish her memory are her children; Belia Salinas, Aristeo Salinas, Sergio Salinas and Francisco J. Salinas, two sisters Delia De Leon and Delfina De Leon and numerous of grandchildren and great grandchildren. Visitation will take place from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. prayer service Monday Sept.4, 2017, at Legacy Chapels,4610 South Jackson Rd. in Edinburg. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m., Tuesday Sept. 5, 2017 at Legacy Chapels. Interment will follow at Palm Valley Memorial Gardens in Pharr. Funeral arrangements and services are being handled by Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
